30-Day Damage Replacement / Warranty Policy

Replacement / Warranty 

  • If your item is damaged within 30 days of delivery we will gladly replace your item and send you another one at no additional charge, (for free.)  
  • (Replacement of original item and original size only.)
Claiming your warranty Requirements
  • An image of the damaged item is required to claim your replacement in addition to your order being within the 30 days from your delivery date.
  • Due to high volumes of orders we cannot always guarantee the size or item that you will need to replace will be available.

*If an item is damaged in shipment we will send you a shipping label and replace the damaged item.*

30 Day-Free Exchange Policy

  • 30 days after your order is delivered begins your 30 day exchange and warranty.

Exchange (1 free exchange per order)

  • In order to Exchange your order please email (ceo@mochagirl3bijouxboutique.com) with your order number and request to make an exchange and a free shipping label will be sent via email for U.S. customers only.
  • Your exchange will only ship once our team has confirmed receipt of the correct items you are exchanging.  We cannot ship your exchange before we receive the original items in your order.
  • The items returned for exchange must be clean, unworn with original packaging to be accepted.
  • After the exchange is requested the package must be shipped to us withing 5 business days.
  • Due to high demand we cannot guarantee the items you originally purchased will be available to exchange later.  (Ex. if you would like to exchange your size 6 ring to a size 7, it is possible that we may be sold out of the size 7 and cannot exchange for that size.)

*(Sizes and items for exchange are not guaranteed until the receipt of the returned item.)

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer money back refunds or cancellation of orders.
  • We cannot change the form of payment after purchase.
  • Damaged Item?  We offer free U.S. exchanges (Please check our exchange policy above.)

To start a return, you can contact us at ceo@mochagirl3bijouxboutique.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: MochaGirl3 Bijoux Boutique, 175 Capital BLVD Fl 4, Rocky Hill, CT, 06067.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent your exchange within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ceo@mochagirl3bijouxboutique.com.
